-  To make an appointment, please ring your branch surgery (number above) and ask for an appointment with the Doctor of your choice. If the Doctor is unavailable, you will be offered an appointment with an alternative GP.

-  Please remember, if you cannot keep an appointment, telephone as soon as possible, so that it may be offered to someone else.

-  If you feel that you have a medical problem that is urgent, our aim is to see you on the same day although we cannot guarantee which GP you will see. If your problem is not urgent, we advise that you arrange to see your usual Doctor when he or she is available.

-  Please remember we can only discuss one problem per appointment, so if you have several concerns please prioritise the most important and make another appointment for your other issues.
