We are all aware of the difficulties sometimes with making appointments owing to the high demand, particularly to see a doctor; however it may be of interest to some of you to know that over the previous 3 month period, we lost 1,046 appointments to patients not attending.  
We suspect that the majority of you reading this are not to blame, by the nature that you are utilising this website.  However, there is clearly a significant issue affecting everybody, and we would like to direct you to our updated 'Do not Attend' Policy, which has been adopted across Cwm Taf UHB, and has the support of the Community Health Council.
