1) Firstly we would like to apologise, that following our IT 'upgrade' last week there seems to have been some glitches with the website, particularly in relation to the News items being emailed out which have been blank or else several months old.  We think we have solved this now, but thankyou for your patience.

2) We want to make all patients aware that all phone calls both to, and from the practice, are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.  Please click here to find out more about our telephone appointments.

3) We have now added a link in the patient resources section of the website to allow download of self-certificates, which are required for the first 7 calendar days of sick-leave, and need to be given to your employer in case of absence.  A doctor's note is only required if you are absent beyond this period.

The practice is having new hardware and software installed between the 8th and 10th December inclusive.

During this upgrade we will not be able to access records and this will affect our ability to answer queries, see patients about ongoing problems and process prescriptions.

You will still be able to see a GP/nurse for urgent matters during the upgrade.
