We have uploaded up to date information for local self-help/mindfulness courses. These are free and taking place over the autumn, please see the Mental Health section in Patient resources.
We have also updated some of the local activities available (mostly for over 65's) which can also be found under patient resources.
Finally, in common with most other local Practices, we have stopped performing ear syringing within the surgery. There is a new clinic providing this service in the hospital where patients will be referred which should increase patient safety for this procedure. Please discuss with the doctor or nurse if this affects you.
