Apologies for a lack of recent updates. There is lots going on behind the scenes, and we will be providing an online survey regarding the use of IT in the practice, which we hope to launch soon, as there are further changes coming (including but not limited to - text message reminder services, online appointment requests, improved medication requests (via your own record), etc and some of these will hopefully be up and running before the end of the year.
We appreciate your website feedback, and whilst we are currently unable to reply to your submissions directly, we would highlight they are all read and acknowledged. We may look into providing a practice email address for general enquiries from patients, which would allow 2-way communications, but would reiterate that we are currently unable to deal with or respond to clinical issues via the website/email.
Our thanks to Drs Anna Auchterlonie, Elen Owen and Kimberly Sadler who left recently after their training periods with us ended, however we now have new GP registrars and an F2 Dr with us who we are sure will contribute greatly in the coming months.
