After much deliberation we have taken the decision to ask a management company to control our car park at Berw Road. All too often GPs attempting to go/return from home visits or move between branches are blocked in or have no space to park. The limited patient spaces, ideally for those less mobile, are often blocked by people visiting the pharmacy or going to town, or by cars parked in non-spaces.
We sincerely hope no-one receives a fine for being inappropriately parked in our car park. Please take note of the signage around the car park and on EVERY PARKING SPACE to ensure that you are appropriately parked.
To remind you:-
Parking spaces on the left are for patients visiting the surgery
Parking spaces on the right are for GPs / Council staff only
Do not park or wait in the manoeuvring area in front of the car parking spaces – these are not spaces
Do not park immediately on the right as you enter the car park. This yellow hatched box is not a space.
If you are a patient visiting the surgery and there are no spaces available, please use the multi-storey car park directly opposite the surgery. Do not block access waiting for a space.
